• Resident Aide/Housekeeper

 

Orchard Manor AFC, a beautiful adult foster care family home located in Posen, is looking for a hardworking, compassionate RESIDENT AIDE/HOUSEKEEPER. Adult foster care residents need constant care and assistance with their daily living needs. Primary duties include the supervision of elderly residents, cleaning, and cooking. 

 

The position is for 20-30 hours per week. Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends. We need someone eager, takes the initiative, likes variety, and can easily switch from one task to another. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Applicants are not required to have any medical training or certificate but should have some experience in caring for the elderly.

• Resident Aide/Housekeeper - Per Diem/ Subcontractors

Orchard Manor AFC, a beautiful adult foster care family home located in Posen, is looking for hardworking, compassionate RESIDENT AIDE/HOUSEKEEPERS to work on a contract or per diem basis. These positions will fill in during our employee vacations/absences. (This posting is in addition to a regular part-time position we currently have advertised.)

Adult foster care residents need constant care and assistance with their daily living needs. Primary duties include the supervision of elderly residents, cleaning, and cooking.

We need eager individuals who take initiative, like variety, and can easily switch from one task to another. Must be able to lift 30 pounds. Applicants are not required to have any medical training or certificate but should have some experience in caring for the elderly. We offer a flexible schedule and a family atmosphere with a strong support system. You will be offered shifts on an as needed basis. You may refuse shifts, but must accept at least one shift per month to maintain your contract with us. You will also have a custom onboarding experience to welcome you and set clear expectations about your responsibilities.

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
